Job Overview

  • Design and optimize data collection structures, including website cookies, user registrations, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture significant consumer data.   • Define and execute personalized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance. Oversee end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that enables data sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
