About the Role: Scheduling and Customer Services Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Scheduling and Customer Services Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Perceptionist, you will be the face and voice of our clients' businesses, working in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment to deliver exceptional sales and customer service experiences. This is a work-from-home position, requiring a strong work ethic, a passion for creating positive first impressions, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust and confidence in our business
  • Maintain a high level of energy and resilience to maximize performance, working in a proactive and committed manner to resolve customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, applying technical and professional knowledge to resolve issues and close sales
  • Foster a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Apply new knowledge and skills quickly, improving skills through practice and demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to sales and customer service excellence
  • Collaborate in a team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals, and contributing to a positive and healthy work culture
  • Understand the importance of attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and providing timely and effective solutions to customer needs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience required, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting sales targets, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Office experience in industries such as home inspection, carpet cleaning, maid service, or handyman is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service software, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
