About the Role

We are seeking experienced Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialists to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. As a Mod Contractor, you will have the chance to work on the coolest client projects, assisting and guiding customers to the right answers, solving concerns, and optimizing the best use of a client's product or services. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 level support to clients' customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues for web and mobile apps
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in providing Tier 1 level support
  • Zendesk experience or similar ticketing system
  • Strong ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs
  • Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
  • Professional demeanor and strong ability to show empathy
  • Reliable internet speed and service
  • English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with e-books and digital publishing
  • Knowledge of web and mobile app development
  • Experience with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
