Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You will be the go-to person for price change-related issues and questions, serving as a liaison between our merchants and stores. Your expertise in data entry and validation will be essential in ensuring the successful operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comprehend complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Review and enter stores' submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing.
  • Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required, showcasing your ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with merchants, stores, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar software and systems.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and retail operations, with a understanding of promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights.
  • Certifications or training in data entry, ecommerce, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
