We are proud to offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Weekend Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting calls or routing calls to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining good customer relations through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills * Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, Chat, and other channels (including billing inquiries, technician ETA, scheduling issues, and general company product and service questions) * Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information * Accurately dispositions calls and maintains a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment * Continually maintaining a working knowledge of all blithequark products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice and support to customers * Working to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response to meet customer expectations * Reliable attendance and on-time job performance are essential in this role * Performing similar/other duties as needed or assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives * Able to work evening and weekends, including rotating shifts as required * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment * Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment with minimal supervision * Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a pleasant, business-like, and customer-focused manner * Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns * Ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines and procedures, with a willingness to take ownership and make decisions regarding customer satisfaction * Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize work based on service demands and meet customer expectations * An understanding and knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry is an asset, but not required **Benefits:** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy: * Comprehensive health insurance to ensure your well-being and peace of mind * Dental insurance to protect your smile and overall health * Vision insurance to safeguard your vision and eye health * Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and enjoy your personal time **What We Offer:** At blithequark, we are committed to providing a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork.
