As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. This is a full-time opportunity that offers paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and build a rapport that will make them feel heard and cared for * Providing essential information to members regarding access to care issues, benefits, proof of coverage, member handbook, and other relevant topics * Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service options, and using company site and/or products or services * Utilizing client-specific knowledge systems to research and review multiple documents to better serve the customer while keeping the customer engaged * Following instructions provided through documented processes and procedures to ensure all compliance is met for government audits * Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy * Adapting to learn new call types when business needs change and flexing support in those areas **Work at Home Requirements** To ensure the success of our remote team, we require: * High-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, 5G, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services) * A hard-wired internet connection via an Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own and are responsible for (blithequark will ship you company equipment to use) * A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions * A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone **Additional Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent * Have a minimum of 6 months of previous call center experience * Be bilingual, able to take both English and Spanish calls * Have Medicare and/or Medicaid experience (a plus) * Possess exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills * Have high computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications * Be willing to work any shift between 10:00 am and 1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern Standard Time, plus holidays and weekends (on holidays, extend hours 24/7 to a small staff) * Have a professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette * Have a customer-focused personality and a desire to help people **Benefits and Perks** As a blithequark employee, you will enjoy: * Pay: Bilingual Spanish $17 per hour * Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits * Pet insurance * Paid, virtual training * Remote work environment * Opportunity for professional development **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
