Job Overview

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to work remotely and provide top-notch support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless package delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Talk with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery
  • Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of package delivery
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
