Job Overview

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting guests in registering for the Disability Access Service, providing support for their accessibility needs, and ensuring an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests in registering for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs
  • Use your proficiency in planning bookings to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests
  • Support guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application
  • Attend a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments
  • Work in an inbound contact center environment, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing

Qualifications

  • Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with knowledge and interest in blithequark property, products, and services
  • Demonstrated technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
  • Able to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to ask discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with guests with disabilities, or a strong passion for supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services, including our theme parks, resorts, and other offerings
  • Experience working in a contact center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
