We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the timely transmission of processed data to our clients. - Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type.
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Process claims and verify data from automated data extraction tools to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Classify documents based on contract requirements and ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information to support efficient processing and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues, answer customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- A secure workspace with high-speed internet access.
- The ability to pass a typing test and possess strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable for this role:- Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $26,600.00 - $33,250.00, based on experience and performance.
