Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should also be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
