They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for processing incoming business and cancellations while ensuring a smooth experience for customers, particularly supporting Spanish-speaking clients. Responsibilities • Process incoming business and cancellations with precision and timeliness. • Meet or exceed established production and quality benchmarks. • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. • Support Spanish-speaking stakeholders by facilitating clear and effective communication.
