ad1 September 13, 2025 We are actively seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity within the U.S. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong technical Salesforce skills, process improvement experience, and a proactive mindset. As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce platform to support internal operations, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll ensure data integrity, streamline business processes, and support system scalability as we grow. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles. Maintain clean and accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and validation. Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows for business users. Develop and update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features. Perform sandbox and production deployments, using change sets or third-party tools. Provide training and support to Salesforce users across departments. Ensure platform compliance with security and data privacy policies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Experience with automation tools (Flow, Process Builder). Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, and Zoom in a remote work environment. U.S. work authorization and current U.S. residency required.
