Health Coach (Part-time)

Awaken180° Weightloss helps clients improve their health through proper diet and nutrition, addressing the physical as well as the mental/emotional aspects of weight loss. Our team becomes a family for our clients, and we want their experience to be fun, easy, and successful. We support our clients with eating out, drinking, traveling, and most importantly, with free lifetime maintenance support once they complete their weight loss program. As the Coach, you are the first contact that a client has with our program’s structure, features, and benefits. You will work one-on-one with clients weekly, providing nutrition coaching to help them transform their life and improve their health. This position is base pay plus commission once fully trained. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for health and wellness and wants to partner with an amazing organization. Someone with natural selling ability and belief that customer service is key to the success of the client and the company. Schedule This is a fully remote part-time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST on four days per week, and one evening shift from 3:00 PM EST to 7:00 PM EST on a weekday of your choice. Duties and Responsibilities • Work one-on-one with clients to achieve their full 180° and reposition clients who are struggling or lost from their goal. • Educate Clients on how to face challenges of weight loss and counsel towards behavioral changes in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. • Monitoring patient weight loss progress, suggesting changes, and providing support and knowledge for increased success • Create meal plans for clients who are starting their Awaken180° and providing correct startup folder documents. • Create a new maintenance meal plan for struggling clients to reinforce Awaken180° ranges. • Effectively explain the science behind the program, communicate the philosophy and objectives of Awaken180°, and explain the advanced Awaken180° technologies to both active clients and clients on maintenance. Minimum Qualifications • Excellent communication skills • Personable and attentive • Attention to detail with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients • Computer knowledge and comfortable with navigating new platforms • Ability to meet or exceed personal sales goals • Comfortable with selling $1,000+ packages and/or programs • Minimum of one year experience in sales, counseling, nutrition, or wellness fields (preferred) Expected hours: 20 per week **with the potential for additional hours during peak seasons** Schedule: • Monday to Friday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
