Digital Marketing Manager – PNW Premium Outdoor Women’s Apparel (Shopify D2C – Start Dec 2025)
ARIELL DESIGN LLC – Pacific Northwest-born premium outdoor women’s apparel brand created in Seattle by Swiss-Colombian designer Lina D’Aquino. Technical mountain & everyday pieces for real women who live in nature. Launching exclusively on our own Shopify store Q1 2026.
No dedicated office yet → 100% remote + 2-3 days/week in-person in Seattle (my home or café – coffee & mountains included ☕️)
Compensation – low-risk trial • Months 1-3: $4,000 gross/month (full-time 40h) • Month 4+: $72,000/year gross salary ($6,000 gross/month) Full-time W-2 from day 1
Benefits • Paid sick leave: accrued 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (Washington State law) • Paid vacation & holidays: none during the first 12 months. After 12 months: 10 days paid vacation per year.
You own all growth:
• Meta + TikTok + Google + Pinterest Ads
• Klaviyo email & SMS flows
• Content strategy, reels, UGC, influencer seeding
• Weekly revenue / CAC / ROAS dashboard
Must have
• 3+ years scaling premium women’s outdoor/fashion D2C brands on Shopify
• Proof you took at least one brand from $0 → $20k+/month (send real screenshots)
• Available to start December 2025 or January 2026 latest
