Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations New Verticals
We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations New Verticals to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will drive initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders to own the success of our New Verticals integrations. You will also identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers, and be the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our New Verticals partners.
Requirements
• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
• Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
