**Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity**

**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. You will be the primary point of contact for patients with billing inquiries, and your goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions, improve processes, and exceed customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
* Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintain performance goals and become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Work collaboratively with our team to develop innovative solutions and improve processes
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Remote work experience and ability to work independently
* Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
* Dedicated work-from-home space with reliable internet connection (at least 50 megabytes per second)
* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port)

**Pay Range**
* $15.25-$21.00 per hour or State/Local minimum wage, if higher

**Shift and Schedule**
* Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST)
