- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
