We're looking for talented individuals who share our values and are driven to make a difference. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding financial queries. You'll be responsible for managing follow-ups on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails.
