Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time remote data entry opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that customers receive courteous, fair, and professional service
  • Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with considerate and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
  • Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate and efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, staff pharmacists, and senior managers to deliver exceptional customer service and support the pharmacy team
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director or senior manager
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances and maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with blithequark or a similar organization
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
