**Job Summary**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. You will work in a distraction-free, closed-door room with reliable, high-speed internet, and be available to work during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week). **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
* Navigate complex healthcare scenarios, providing solutions and guidance to customers as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including taking 75+ calls per day
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

**Requirements**

* Availability to work during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality standards
* Ability to navigate complex healthcare scenarios and provide solutions and guidance to customers
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare call center environment
* Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
