About the Role and Team

The Customer Experience Project Manager position is a critical component of the Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem, focusing on overall program management and the delivery of customer experience-focused technology improvements. Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Experience Strategy, the successful candidate will support various responsibilities within the ecosystem, driving the implementation of the customer experience roadmap and establishing key achievements. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to navigate complex planning requirements, and a passion for delivering quality service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement the customer experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements that drive business results and enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate projects across multiple partner teams, building and delivering presentations, managing timelines, and leading and supporting forums to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement, delivering program recaps, benchmarking efforts, and defining success metrics that inform future strategy and improvements.
  • Engage with technology and digital professionals to represent blithequark's customer experience priorities, ensuring that technology improvements align with business objectives and guest needs.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in customer experience, constantly monitoring the pulse of the customer and making recommendations for improvements that drive business growth and guest satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Three (3)+ years of experience in project management and/or product development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving business results.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of partners from different backgrounds and functions, fostering a culture of strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo while still building strategic alliances/relationships within and outside the blithequark organization, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Experience managing a large volume of complex work, prioritizing to ensure results are achieved, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong visual presentation building (PPT/Keynote) and delivery skills, with a focus on storytelling and effective communication.
  • Understanding of Agile technical practices and testing concepts, with prior experience working with technical product teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or equivalent field preferred, with a strong academic foundation in a relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of blithequark channels is a plus, with a deep understanding of the business and its operations.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth through customer satisfaction.
