Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a critical part of our customer service mission, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and solutions to our customers, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This fully remote position offers the flexibility and convenience of working from home, with a reduced hour schedule that may require working outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all blithequark customers, primarily through phone and email
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems, working in a flexible and action-oriented manner
  • Communicate with customers in a fun and fast-paced environment, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule, with a minimum of 30-39 hours per week, and be available to work additional or fewer hours due to business requirements
