A modern virtual care clinic is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to provide brief, structured smoking-cessation counseling for motivated adults enrolled in an 8-session quit program. Position Overview: • Conduct short 10–15 minute virtual counseling sessions • Follow a structured, evidence-based 8-session protocol • Provide encouragement, relapse-prevention coaching, and behavioral support • Use streamlined templates for quick documentation • Light asynchronous messaging only (very limited) • No admin, no scheduling, no billing — focus 100% on patient care Qualifications: • Active NP license in at least one U.S. state • NPI number required • Telehealth experience preferred (not required) • Strong communication + comfort with brief counseling • Reliable documentation skills (SOAP) Preferred Experience: • Multi-state licensure • Primary care, addiction, behavioral health, or health coaching background • Ability to offer evening/weekend availability (optional) Apply now through NPHire.com to be considered.
