Position Summary Provides support for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements including working to enhance data interoperability. Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data. Assists with NCQA Health Plan and Health Equity Accreditation continuous readiness efforts across the plan. Analyzes and interprets complex Quality-associated data related to healthcare quality measures, patient outcomes, and performance indicators. Develops complex quality assurance programs to ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications • Prior Relevant Work Experience of 3-5 years in NCQA Accreditation, HEDIS, and CAHPS in the payor or provider space. • 2-4 years of strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially related to healthcare quality measures and patient outcomes. • Ability to work with complex data and develop quality improvement initiatives. • Candidates must have experience with HEDIS, NCQA, and CAHPS to be considered for this position. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $91,800.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
