You'll communicate with pet parents via phone, email, live chat, and video, helping them make informed decisions about their pets' care. You'll also contribute to the development of processes and procedures that will shape the future of veterinary support.Key Responsibilities:• Provide expert guidance and support to pet parents via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, video)• Help develop and refine processes and procedures for the emerging pet telehealth industry• Collaborate with a team of veterinary telehealth experts to deliver exceptional customer service• Utilize our proprietary software to maintain accurate records and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pet careRequirements:• Credentialed veterinary technician with at least 2 years of experience in a small animal practice (cats and dogs)• Access to a computer with high-speed internet and a quiet home office space (or ability to utilize a green screen for video telehealth visits)• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes• Flexible schedule with availability to work 3-4 shifts per week (daytime, evening, and/or overnight)By joining our team, you'll become part of a pioneering company that's leading the way in pet telehealth.
