**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
* Collaborate with our teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures. Works under supervision and receives instructions.
**Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills**
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
* Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare software company or related industry
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Experience working with AI, NLP, and advanced analytics
