**The Role**
As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team
* Identifying potential issues and coordinating appropriately with the Development team
* Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

**What We're Looking For**

* **Experience**: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
* **Aptitude for Learning**: We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed in this role, but we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and adapt to new situations.
* **Technical Savviness**: While coding knowledge is not required, we're looking for someone who's technically savvy and able to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong fluency in English and bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can connect to the web
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
* Coding knowledge or experience with technical troubleshooting
* Fluency in additional languages such as Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog
