Key Responsibilities

  • Assist federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, and general plan questions
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Navigate our website and other relevant systems to resolve customer issues and answer questions
  • Work independently in a home-based setting, maintaining a quiet and uninterrupted workspace
