About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and professional responses that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right resources and solutions.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive dealer clients.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback that inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training.
  • Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and career advancement.
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and mutual respect.
