Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, using booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating with Clients: Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Liaising with Vendors: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations and negotiate rates, ensuring the best possible travel experiences for our clients.
  • Handling Cancellations and Refunds: Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in Travel Coordination: Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its requirements.
