As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with technology. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team and help us build and expand critical workflow tooling at scale. As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and stay ahead of the competition. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop data-driven solutions to support business objectives, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and develop process improvements * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy * Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Provide education and training to stakeholders on data analysis and visualization best practices * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform workflow optimization and process improvements **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across cross-functional teams to achieve unified goals **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Tableau * Strong SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Experience with data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
