Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving solutions within our People and Finance Workday Group. You will work closely with the Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities. As a Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of targets, and your creative and analytical skills will be essential in driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
• Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Evaluate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures
• Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency to keep moving
• Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
• Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
• May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proficient knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Proficient knowledge of technical environments
• Proficient knowledge of software development approaches
• Skilled in collaborating, communication, and negotiation in working with different Teams and/or external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/team-oriented environment
• Ability to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical specifications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with Workday data migrations and integrations
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Certification in business analysis or a related field
