Job Summary Disney is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to as Remote Data Entry Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and timely information. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Follow company guidelines and best practices to maintain high-quality service. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or customer service are a plus. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to maintain professionalism and patience in customer interactions. Experience Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working remotely is a plus. Working Hours Flexible work-from-home schedule. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends as needed.
