We are offering part-time roles with flexible shifts, each lasting 4 hours. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in the aviation industry, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while experiencing different cultures and destinations around the world. ### Job Description: As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be at the forefront of United Airlines’ operations, directly interacting with customers and making their travel experiences memorable. Responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the aircraft cabin. ### Responsibilities: – Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and receive updated information on the flight. – Demonstrate emergency equipment and safety procedures. – Greet passengers, assist with seating, and help with luggage stowage. – Serve meals and refreshments and sell duty-free goods. – Attend to passengers’ needs, particularly those with special needs. – Reassure passengers during the flight, such as when the aircraft experiences turbulence. – Administer first aid where necessary. – Ensure that all emergency equipment is in working order throughout the flight and that all necessary supplies are on board. – Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean and tidy at the end of the flight. – Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report. ### Educational Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous. ### Experience: – Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. ### Key Requirements: – Minimum age of 18. – Eligibility to work in the U.S. – Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. – Physical fitness, and the ability to pass a medical examination. – Able to conform to uniform standards without any visible tattoos or piercings. – Willingness to relocate and flexibility to work unsociable hours. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ### Benefits: – Joining the United Airlines team comes with several perks besides the travel benefits.
