**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Management and Production Support**

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from order management to customer communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process customer orders generated by account managers with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless production process
* Facilitate purchase orders, verify accuracy, and document releases from inventory
* Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI/FSC records
* Assist the estimating department as needed and perform additional tasks and duties assigned by the Director of Sales
* Fill in for account managers and assume their responsibilities when they are absent
* Prepare materials for return to customers and document Haz-Mat orders
* Order marketing materials and work in compliance with Safe-Well policies at all times
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school graduate or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical school preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail
* Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software applications
* Bronze designation on ACT or equivalent will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Knowledge of production capabilities and product offerings
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation and Benefits:**
