**Role Overview**
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, manage guest communications, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
* Virtual property management: Coordinate housekeeping, arrange amenities, and ensure that our properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are cleaned and prepared for guests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high guest satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guest and reservation management:
+ Process reservations and manage guest communications
+ Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
+ Ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded
* Virtual property management:
+ Coordinate housekeeping and arrange amenities
+ Ensure that our properties are well-maintained and ready for guests
+ Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination:
+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services
+ Ensure that our properties are cleaned and prepared for guests in a timely and efficient manner
+ Oversee the quality of cleaning services and make adjustments as needed
* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner:
+ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
+ Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high guest satisfaction and loyalty
+ Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve guest experiences
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST)
* Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
* Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple technology platforms
* Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Independent thinker with strong decision-making skills
* Excellent at following directions
* Conflict resolution experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Airbnb customer service
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
* Strong knowledge of the short-term rental industry and its operations
