About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bringing great customer service to our valued customers via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly and exceeds their expectations
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and promotions, enabling you to offer expert advice and guidance to our customers
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in your work

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in Danish, with a good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines
