Your Role • Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly • Be a vital part of the recruitment team Requirements • You are a Sr Software engineer with a deep understanding of various languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby on Rails etc. • You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale. • You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past. • You have worked in a high-growth dynamic company Job is 100% Remote. Please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location. Salary Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope. Location: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
