Our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and community involvement has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the industry. **Job Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns **Schedule** Our Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers work a flexible schedule, with a mix of remote and in-office days.
