About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a diverse team of game-changers from over 70 countries. You'll provide top-notch customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns and addressing customer complaints
  • Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and adhere to our company's social media policies
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. Here are some of the essential qualifications we're looking for:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and have a dedicated workspace at home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to our company's systems and processes
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
