About the Role: Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll work closely with our global support team to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise customers on their questions and concerns. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact our customers' ability to run their teams efficiently, making you a key player in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise on their questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with our global support team to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Utilize technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Exhibit strong curiosity and empathy to build positive customer experiences
  • Ability to multi-task across different tools and platforms
  • Willingness to work with multiple teams in an international and multilingual remote/hybrid environment

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role (a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and platforms
  • Strong curiosity and empathy to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize workload
