For partners, we provide a full-stack platform to drive growth and build more meaningful relationships across marketing, search, and media. **The Job** As a Full Stack Data Analyst – Social and Digital Media Insights, you will play a critical role in shaping blithequark's social and digital media strategy by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our CMO and GM teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing our social media reporting structures, conducting competitive analysis, and measuring success across all aspects of social and digital media, including paid, organic, and earned. This role is at the forefront of driving methodology across brand and social landscapes through data-driven proposals. It requires a unique blend of scientific ability and visionary thinking. You will be part of a high-perceivability climate where you will be expected to influence blithequark's core course significantly. If you're ready to be at the heart of digital development and lead blithequark's social and digital media insights into the future, we want to hear from you. **The Team** This position falls under the blithequark Research, Analysis, and Data (YARD) group, a global team of multi-disciplinary research and analysis experts who collaborate to deliver meaningful insights that drive decision-making across all blithequark organizations: blithequark Mail, blithequark News, blithequark Money, blithequark Sports, blithequark Search, and AOL. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and deliver social and digital media performance metrics for blithequark's social and digital stages, providing critical input on the competitive media and social landscape. * Investigate and interpret web-based entertainment stage measurements (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok) to mine meaningful insights. * Collaborate with key partners across Research, Analysis, and Data Science to drive social media strategy and recommendations. * Influence social listening tools to create topics, and subjects to capture voice, brand affection, crowds, and patterns across blithequark's brands. * Monitor social channels, identify relevant social posts and discussions, and communicate social opinion to community directors and leadership. * Lead advanced analysis and statistical projects to develop our understanding of partner might interpret marketing data patterns and their business implications. * Influence external datasets across competitive analysis tools to illuminate broader audience and business implications across all blithequark brands. * Collaborate with social media planners, brand leaders, and community managers to provide data-driven recommendations for their social and advertising strategies. * Work directly with the tops of the social media groups to manage the outcome of the owned social strategy, which will be measured by adjusting ahead on goals and KPIs. * Plan and maintain dynamic dashboards to envision key social media performance metrics, working with continuous insights and decision-making for partners. **Essential Qualifications** * High proficiency in social and digital media analysis and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Fledgling). * Strong written communication skills, including creating and presenting data-driven analyses and insights to express performance and opportunities to key partners. * Strong verbal communication skills and able to pitch compelling presentations. * Strong analytical skills, able to verbalize what social and digital media recommendations will mean for blithequark organizations at large. * Comprehensive understanding of social media's impact on digital traffic. * Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics). * Experienced in data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. * Familiarity with SQL to query and control large datasets, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis for robust reporting and insights. **Preferred Qualifications** * Imaginative and innovative with a self-starter mindset and enthusiasm to take on new challenges. * Demonstrated history and enthusiasm for complex critical thinking and analysis. * Strong work ethic and fundamental values (integrity, honesty, creativity, etc.). **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
