About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the face of our company, you will be the expert in creating meaningful connections and enabling an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and appreciated. You will interact with our global customers, assisting them with their travel needs, and providing comfortable, professional, and certain assistance to resolve any issues that may arise during their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and coordinating incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, tagging, and handling luggage
  • Booking tickets, determining fares, and directing to ensure passengers' travel needs are met
  • Collaborating with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and engagement
  • Anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when dealing with difficult customers
  • Working every day with a safety mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well as lift and handle luggage
  • Ability to travel to different countries for training
  • Ability to work ANY shift that is assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation, which can include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the Company's participation standards and uniform and appearance standards
  • Hold a valid passport and U.S. visa
