**Position Overview**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our client's operations, ensuring that beneficiaries receive the best possible service. This role involves handling inbound calls related to health care enrollment and assisting clients with their needs in both Bengali and English. You'll be the face of our organization, providing responsive service to client inquiries, guiding clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, and ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care and helping them make informed decisions about their health care.
* Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately and that clients understand the process.
* Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients.

**Requirements**
* High school diploma/GED or higher.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
* Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Must be computer proficient, with experience using software applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**
