Job Overview

As a Claims Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims, and answering questions on claims previously reported. You will undergo comprehensive hands-on new hire training to learn our products and systems, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. In the event of catastrophes, you may be required to work overtime to support our clients and ensure that their needs are met.

This is a remote opportunity based in Nevada, offering a first-shift schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering high incoming call volume and providing written communication for all lines of business, including policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
