Online Support Associate – Seasonal
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Seasonal Online Support Associate to assist customers through email, chat, and online ticketing platforms. This is a fully remote, temporary role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and online messages
• Assist clients with scheduling, service information, and troubleshooting basic issues
• Document customer interactions with accuracy
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate team

Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating online support tools
