Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWork Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 65,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will support our marketing team in maintaining and enhancing our online presence. This role involves uploading and managing product listings, ensuring content accuracy and consistency, and assisting with social media and digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Product Upload & Website Maintenance
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings across company websites and online sales channels.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, well-organized, and visually appealing with high-quality images and descriptions.
• Apply basic SEO principles to optimize product visibility and search rankings.
• Maintain a user-friendly and visually consistent website layout that reflects the brand.
Content Accuracy & Quality
• Regularly review and correct errors or outdated information in product listings.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing content, ensuring tone, style, and visuals align with guidelines.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Support online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Use tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite for basic content creation and updates.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor website content and product issues, providing timely feedback to the marketing team.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the customer’s online experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and marketing best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with marketing team members to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website content management.
• Experience working with Shopify, Retail Express, Canva, Adobe, or Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics (website or campaign performance).
Technical Proficiency
• Comfortable using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and content organization.
