<strong>What To Expect<br></strong>We are seeking an engineer to lead formation development and bring our new cell variant into production. This role focuses on designing a formation strategy that delivers maximum cell quality and performance at minimum factory cost and cycle time. You will run structured development trials to understand formation fundamentals, evaluate tradeoffs between formation duration and cell performance, and help define the metrics and data requirements needed to validate production readiness. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
