**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Airline Operations and Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to our customers' needs. You will also be responsible for handling customer service requests, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Handle customer service requests, including but not limited to:
+ Answering customer questions and providing solutions to their needs
+ Resolving customer complaints and concerns
+ Providing information about our airline's services and policies
+ Handling customer feedback and suggestions
* Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to our customers' needs
* Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that customer service requests are handled efficiently and effectively
* Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and complaints
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to handle multiple customer service requests simultaneously
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and complaints
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to travel as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of airline operations and customer service policies and procedures
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Ability to speak multiple languages
