**Your Impact**
As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and discovering new opportunities for growth and development every day.
**Responsibilities**
* **Provide Customer Support**: Deliver exceptional customer experiences via telephone, email, or instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
* **Handle Customer Inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* **Troubleshoot Customer Problems**: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve them.
* **Escalate Issues**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to the appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring.
* **Track and Document Support Requests**: Ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information accurately.
* **Meet Job Standards**: Adhere to quality standards, schedule, and average handle time.
* **Provide Guidance and Mentoring**: Offer guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
* **Perform Other Related Duties**: Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities as needed.
**Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service skills.
* **Typing Speed**: Type 25 words per minute.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: Be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Effective People Skills**: Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
* **Teamwork and Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
* **Composure and Objectivity**: Stay composed and objective in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Listening Skills**: Possess strong listening skills.
* **Virtual Team Environment**: Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
